Heating an air conditioning company is seeking a office manager to join the team. • Coordinating technician schedules for service calls and installations • Managing customer appointments and inquiries • Maintaining a scheduling system for efficient dispatch of technicians, making sure all parts needed for the jobs are ordered and ready for the job • Communicating with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates • Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction • Handling scheduling conflicts and resolving them promptly • Organizing and prioritizing service requests based on urgency and availability • Liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment • Assisting with administrative tasks such as invoicing, billing, and record-keeping related to scheduling • Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction. 8am-4pm Mon-Friday (shorter days on Fridays – Jewish holidays closed) Possibility of remote work after 6 months if well accustomed to job Seeking a candidate with basic computer skills, Self-starter, and a team player. They have a software for scheduling and payment and will train candidate on it .
