Production Assistant

Wholesale electronics company is seeking a candidate for production/sourcing.
Industry experience very helpful but open to meet with others. Production and Sourcing experience a must.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify qualified vendors and manufacturers for electronic components and finished goods.
• Request for Quotation (RFQ) development and negotiation with potential suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, including quality control, production capacity, and pricing.
• Analyze market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities for electronics products.
• Manage supplier relationships, maintaining clear communication and ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Monitor production schedules, manage inventory levels, and identify potential stock issues.
• Oversee import/export compliance and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth product flow.
